Why have I not received my Licence Key?

We aim to issue keys in less than 24 hours, but please allow a full 24 hours. We will use the email address that you have given to PayPal. If this is not your usual email address, please remember to check it. Also ensure that your junk mail filter allows mail from our domain (neonsinesoftware.co.uk).

What does it do?

Sudoku Now! allows you to create, type in, play and solve Sudoku games.

Will it run on my PDA?

No. A PDA version is not planned at the moment.

Should it be called Sudoku or Su Doku?

The name Sudoku seems to be far more commonly used, so we decided to go with that!

Can all the games be solved without trial and error?

Yes.

How many different games are there?

The games are calculated randomly. So the number of possible games is, for practical purposes, unlimited.

How many solutions are there to each game?

The games created by Sudoku Now! only have one solution. However, you may design your own game (or enter one from a book or magazine) that has more than one solution. In general, we recommend avoiding games with more than one solution.
