Pencil Mode - you can now enter your own lists of candidates in blank cells.
Highlight Specific Digit - makes it easy to spot all the occurrences of a particular number.
Pause - stops the clock so you can take a break.
Improved Keypad - a new keypad option can remain visible all the time, and includes arrow buttons.

The toolbar now wraps when the windows is too small, so all the icons remain accessible.
When opening a file, the correct level is now displayed in the status bar.
Now remembers the size and position of the main game window correctly.

Summary: Added some features related to the on-screen keypad to make the game more playable when using only the mouse.

The keypad mode (digit entry or show / hide candidates) can now be chosen according to the mouse action used (e.g. right click or double click).
The candidates shown in the cells are now in the same order as the numbers on the keypad.
The number order on the keypad can be configured as telephone style or calculator style.
The above keypad settings are configured using a new window called Keypad Settings. This is accessed from a new button in the Settings window.
