For Version 2 Users
If you need to reinstall one of our software products and have lost your licence key, we can provide you with another copy free of charge, provided that the subscription period has not expired. Just fill in the form below — we aim to respond within 24 hours.
For Version 1 Users
We will try to find a record of your order so we can provide a replacement key, but this will depend on how long ago you purchased it — we delete Personal Data from our records after seven years. If we cannot provide a replacement key, we may instead be able to offer a discount for a new version 2 key — so it’s still worth filling in the form.
